What can I expect with my delivery?
Spots are limited and booked on a first come first serve basis. Once your payment is made and the package selected, someone from our team will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your install. For special requests or dates, please email us at bayouseasonalservices@gmail.com

When do deliveries begin?
Convenient Pumpkin Delivery Dates from September 22th - October 19th. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install. Dates are first come first serve within our install weeks.
How should I care for my pumpkins?
We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins.
Pumpkin displays should be inspected often due to the humid Louisiana climate. For best results, remove any pumpkins that show signs of early rotting.
Do you handle Special Events or Business?
We look forward to creating more opportunities through front porch design, event displays as well as business and retail design. If you have a special request, please reach out to us!
What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year.
